Collegiate Hotel Group seeks a Bus Person to join Hotel 1928 and its team of hospitality enthusiasts. The role supports guest service, station cleanliness, and dining operations in a fast-paced hotel restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar or supportive role is preferred.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certification (if applicable)
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome our guests.
• Check the service stations and tables to ensure accurate set-up and cleanliness.
• Assist the restaurant dining services (if necessary).
• Perform side work, setup and breakdown of the restaurant.
• Follow uniform and grooming specifications.
• Clean and change trash cans, fill and clean ice bins.
• Clean glassware and china efficiently.

• Check the service stations and tables to ensure accurate set-up and cleanliness
• Assist the restaurant dining services (if necessary), when and where appropriate
• Perform all necessary side work, setup, and breakdown of the restaurant
• Follow uniform and grooming specifications
• Clean and change trash cans, fill and clean ice bins
• Clean glassware and china in an efficient fashion
• Other duties asassigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 1 year of experience in a similar or supportive role is preferred
• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certification (if applicable)
