Job Details

Job Location: DERRY, PA 15627, This position is classified as full-time. The position typically involves 10-hour shifts, 5 days per week. Occasional weekends are needed. The position may require shift work, daylight, afternoon, or midnight.

Pay rate: $22/Hour

Job Summary

The Hot Working Laborer position will assist as needed in the day-to-day operations of the rolling mill, the heat-treating area, and the conditioning area. The position requires standing for long periods of time.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Manual lifting, manipulation of high temperature titanium bars using tongs and other hot-working tools
• Furnace loading/unloading
• Maintain and follow all applicable safety protocols
• Maintain material and bar location identifications
• Forklift operation
• Guide set-up and tooling changes
• Manual operation of bar conditioning tools
