Job summary

Spring Dance Hot Tubs, part of the Leslie's family, seeks a Spa Delivery Driver to load, transport, and deliver hot tubs and related merchandise safely. You will work with the Hot Tub Delivery Supervisor to ensure timely backyard deliveries and on-site customer service.

The role requires a High School diploma, 21+ years of age, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 100+ lb items. This position involves outdoor work in varying temperatures and offers training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in heavy merchandise handling, delivery, or labor-intensive roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow schedules and instructions accurately.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for collaborating with supervisors, drivers, and store associates.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, load, and unload hot tubs and merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Support e-commerce shipments and assist with warehouse operations.
• Execute delivery-related tasks and contribute to special projects that support company growth.
• Perform frequent bending, stooping, reaching, walking, and lifting of 100+ lb items (equipment and dollies provided).
• Remain on your feet for extended periods in a physically demanding environment.
• Stock and retrieve merchandise from floor level to overhead racking with ladders and forklifts provided.
