Leslie's, Inc. is seeking a Spa Delivery Driver to load, transport, and deliver hot tubs and related merchandise safely. You will work alongside the Hot Tub Delivery Supervisor to ensure timely backyard deliveries and provide on-site customer service while supporting warehouse operations.

Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on education, experience, and market alignment. That role requires staying on your feet, handling heavy items, and adapting to varying conditions while

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Prior heavy merchandise handling or delivery experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to work in hot/cold, dusty and noisy environments.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills during deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, load, and unload hot tubs and merchandise safely.
• Support e-commerce shipments and warehouse operations.
• Execute delivery-related tasks and support company growth projects.
• Maintain safety with proper load securement.
• Perform physically demanding tasks on-site with long periods on feet.
• Operate in non-climate-controlled settings.
• Stock and retrieve merchandise from floor to overhead racking.
• Assist drivers and coordinate with supervisors during deliveries.
