Job summary

Jefferson Industries Corp is seeking Production Associates for the Hot Stamp Department on the 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday, 10:00pm - 6:30am) in Ohio. Responsibilities include hot stamp press operation, laser cutting setup, and weld line duties, with an emphasis on quality and safety.

Training provided; forklift duties may apply. Compensation includes weekly pay and a tiered raise structure, plus a robust benefits package, attendance bonuses, and profit sharing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing and/or warehouse experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs on a consistent basis.
• Ability to stand on concrete up to 12 hours.
• Ability to repeatedly bend, stoop and twist throughout shift.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as required to meet customer demands.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Hot Stamp Press Operation: Load blanks, set up dies, inspect products for quality, assist in housekeeping, forklift operation as needed.
• Laser Cutting Operation: Set up for specified product, monitor process, troubleshoot, inspect quality, housekeeping.
