High Bar Brands in Brighton, MI is seeking a reliable Hot Stamp Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and operate hot stamp and punch press equipment, read job specifications, measure parts, and ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating stamping presses or similar equipment is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic tooling.
• Ability to read a tape measure (feet and inches).
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hot stamp press and punch press equipment according to work instructions.
• Read and follow job specifications, including tooling and die setup.
• Measure and inspect parts using a tape measure and other basic tools to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine quality checks and document results as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and actively participate in site safety programs.
• Support team production goals and meet established output targets.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Multiple Shifts Available)

Hot Stamp Operator Overview

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Hot Stamp Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with production equipment who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

In this position, you will play a key role in producing high-quality parts while maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency. This is a great opportunity to build skills in advanced manufacturing and grow within a stable, team-oriented environment.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Manufacturing/factory environment
• Extended periods of standing and repetitive work
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas
