Responsibilities

• Load route trucks efficiently and accurately.
• Rotate and maintain product on delivery vehicles and in warehouse.
• Unload or back load long hauls when necessary.
• Document inventory shipments and receipts accurately.
• Maintain product and packing quality.
• Stack pallets and manage pallet quantities.
• Remove plastic from beer on pick lines and pallets.
• Move damaged beer to repack area and consolidate as needed.
• Keep work area and equipment clean; manage waste.
• Maintain forklift batteries and water levels.

Job Location: Hot Springs - Hot Springs, AR 71901

Position Type: Full Time

Responsible for efficient and accurate loading of all route trucks and maintaining product and packaging quality. This position reports to the Night Warehouse Manager and / or Night Lead Person.

• Load route trucks efficiently and accurately
• Rotate product on delivery vehicles and maintain proper rotation in warehouse
• Forklift, pallet jack and walkie rider certified required by OSHA
• Unload or back load long hauls when necessary
• Properly document inventory shipments and receipts
• Maintain product and packing quality
• Separate and stack pallets in quantities of 28
• Pull all plastic off pick line and off all partial pallets of beer in each aisle
• Push all partial pallets back into proper place
• Place all damaged beer on pallet in repack area, combine as necessary
• Keep work area and forklifts clean, empty all trash containers
• Put forklift batteries charged and check water weekly
• Adhere to all safety rules and Company policies

Qualifications

• Physical ability to complete all job tasks—must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds with continuous lifting up to 162 pounds
• Complete all training required for position including safety and OSHA training
• Read / review Suncoast Beverage Sales' Policy Manual and safety manual
• Basic math skills
• A desire to get along with other people (people person)
• Self motivated with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work until the entire job is done
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays as the company dictates
