Responsibilities

• Line Cook - Hot Side is responsible for the preparation, production and service of high quality foods on the Hot Side of the line; stations include Bowls, Carve/Grill, Soup and Braise.
• Adheres to Urban Plates’ recipes and procedures, ensuring consistency, safety, and presentation across all dishes.
