Keene, NH-based Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) is hiring a Hot Melt Ink Production Cell Operator I for the 2nd shift. You will operate ink mills, mixers, scales, and packaging equipment, perform changeovers, log production data, and support continuous improvement using 6S and lean methods.

Forklift experience and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required. Base pay starts at $19.00/hour with a $4.00/hour 2nd shift differential, reflecting standard industry compensation for this role in the

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and write and follow written instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity; color vision required.
• Frequent standing, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience preferred; 6S/lean manufacturing familiarity is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Execute manufacturing operations according to SOPs and safety requirements.
• Operate ink mills, mixers, scales, packaging, and other production equipment.
• Perform equipment changeovers and basic troubleshooting on mills and mixers.
• Complete daily production logs and required reporting.

• Maintain material supply using just-in-time principles.
• Operate forklift to supply raw materials as needed.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and process issues; automation experience helpful.

In this role you’ll have an opportunity to contribute as part of the ink manufacturing team utilizing standard procedures for ink manufacturing, product packing, raw material handling, equipment operation and safety requirements.**Job Responsibilities:*** Execute manufacturing operations according to standards (SOP’s) and job safety requirements* Operate ink mills, mixers, scales, product packaging and other production equipment.* Perform equipment changeovers and basic troubleshooting and adjustments on ink mills and mixers as required* Complete daily production logs and required reporting* Proposes any identified improvement in the activity scope* Maintain material supply level adhering to “just-in-time” manufacturing principles* Operate forklift to maintain raw material supply for the production line as required* Troubleshoot mechanical failures and process issues (automation experience including picks and place systems / robotics).* Continuous Improvement and lean manufacturing implementation.* Clean and maintain work area, emphasis using 6S principles and sustainment. **Job Requirements:** * High School Diploma or GED* Ability to read and write, as well as follow written instructions* Basic math and measurement skills* Strong hand eye coordination and dexterity* Clear vision and ability to distinguish between colors* Frequent standing, kneeling, bending and/or lifting.
