Job summary

Tsunami Sushi in Baton Rouge is seeking a Hot Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, operate hot line equipment, and keep your station clean while maintaining safety standards.

We value teamwork and a strong work ethic, with evenings, weekends and holidays required. Starting pay is $14 per hour, with opportunities for advancement, training, and employee discounts in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience is preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a high-pressure kitchen.
