- CDL-A Lease Purchase Driver Position -

We aim to offer a long-term, prosperous career in transportation. Our drivers grow and succeed with us, maintaining personal lives and relationships. This position allows you to be home every week.

Job Description: Running OTR Reefer freight.

Pay: Drivers can make over $100,000+/yr if you hit 3,000 miles per week. $80,000+/yr at 2,400 miles per week.

Primary Running Area: All 48 states, mainly KS, AR, OK, NM, UT, CO, CA, WY, TX, PA, and GA.

Average miles per week: 2,700-3,000 miles

Average length of haul: 950 miles

Home Time: 18-21 days out, home for 2-3 days. Drivers in prime spots like Dallas, OKC, Denver, Cheyenne, and Dodge City may get home more often.

Equipment: Mainly automatic Cascadia trucks, fully equipped.

Transmission: 10-speed automatic trucks

Truck Speed: Pedal 70mph, Cruise 73mph

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• No recent major moving traffic violations
• Pass a drug test at orientation
• Pass road test
• No Clearinghouse violations - NO SAP drivers
