Job Description

CDL-A Lease Purchase Driver Position: We aim to offer a long-term, prosperous career, not just another truck driving job. Our drivers grow and succeed with us while maintaining personal lives. You can be home every week.

Pay

Over $100,000+/yr at 3,000 miles/week; approximately $80,000+/yr at 2,400 miles/week.

Primary Running Area

All 48 states, mainly KS, AR, OK, NM, UT, CO, CA, WY, TX, PA, and GA.

Average Miles per Week

2,700-3,000 miles

Average Length of Haul

950 miles

Home Time

18-21 days out, home for 2-3 days. Drivers in prime spots like Dallas, OKC, Denver, Cheyenne, and Dodge City may get more frequent home time.

Equipment

Mainly automatic Cascadia trucks, fully equipped.

Transmission

10-speed trucks, automatics.

Truck Speed

Pedal 70 mph, cruise 73 mph.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• No recent major moving traffic violations
• Pass drug test at orientation
• Pass road test
• No Clearinghouse violations - NO SAP drivers
