Job Description

- CDL-A Lease Purchase Driver Position -

We aim to provide a long-term, prosperous career in transportation, supporting drivers to grow and succeed while maintaining personal lives. This position offers weekly home time.

Running OTR Reefer freight

Pay: Over $100,000+/yr at 3,000 miles/week; approximately $80,000+/yr at 2,400 miles/week.

Primary Area: All 48 states, mainly KS, AR, OK, NM, UT, CO, CA, WY, TX, PA, and GA.

Average miles/week: 2,700-3,000 miles

Average haul length: 950 miles

Home Time: 18-21 days out, home for 2-3 days. Drivers in prime locations like Dallas, OKC, Denver, Cheyenne, and Dodge City may get more frequent home time.

Equipment: Mainly automatic Cascadia trucks, fully equipped.

Transmission: 10-speed manual and automatic options.

Speed: Pedal at 70mph, cruise at 73mph.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• No recent major moving traffic violations
• Pass a drug test at orientation
• Pass a road test
• No Clearinghouse violations; SAP drivers not accepted
