Job summary

Bodycote in Andover, MA is seeking a HIP Operator to perform heat treatment duties under the supervision of the Production Manager. The role requires operating the control room equipment, monitoring cycles, sampling gas, and completing customer paperwork to ensure specifications are met.

Qualifications

• ITAR compliance requires U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior heat treatment operation experience preferred; overtime and weekend shifts may be required.
• Must obtain and maintain forklift operator certification.

Responsibilities

• Build and box cycles and load/unload parts into/out of units as required.
• Operate and monitor unit equipment from the Control Room per procedures.
• Perform gas analysis and manage reclaim gas according to procedures.
• Update KPI database and complete required paperwork to customers.
• Follow PPE and SHE rules and maintain safety and housekeeping.
