Job summary

ATI is seeking a Production Worker to operate and maintain Hot Isostatic Press and autoclave systems in Oakdale, PA. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair vessel furnaces, heaters, and related equipment while following safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• VIM melt, powder, or PAM melt experience preferred.
• Able to read, understand, and work to melt procedures and specifications.
• Read gauges and controls; maintain required records and heat reports.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Hot Isostatic Press (HIP) and related systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair vessel furnace, base heater and auxiliary equipment.
• Autoclave preparation and operation: plan, fabricate, install thermocouples, load parts, run cycles.
• Non-essential: material handling and other duties as assigned.
