Candidates are required to monitor temperature of punch press, feed bolt in and out of punch press with pliers. Ability to prepare set-up a plus.**Minimum Qualifications****:** Micrometer and caliper experience a plus. High School graduate or equivalent. Basic math and reading skills. Lifting to 25 lbs. and moving 40 lbs. pans with dollies.**Reporting Relationships:** Will report to lead person or department supervisor.**Working Conditions:** Standing most of the time. Repetitive motion (approximately 2 times a minute). Candidate will be working on a powerful punch press machine to run batches of high strength bolts at a constant heated temperature of 1800°.**Success Factors****:**The candidate should have a good attitude and be willing to learn. Good communications skills a plus.
