A.S. Aerospace Inc. in Santa Clarita, CA is seeking a Plant Manager to lead our aerospace manufacturing operations.

You will oversee daily production activities, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while guiding a high-performance team in a high-mix, precision environment. The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years of leadership in aerospace manufacturing, strong Lean principles, and experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of production or plant management experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience in AS9100-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage daily plant operations to meet production needs and customer quality, delivery.
• Oversee CNC machining, forging, assembly, and related processes.
• Ensure production output, quality, and on-time shipping goals are achieved.
• Lead, coach, and develop department supervisors, team leads, and operators.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives in Lean, 6S, and waste reduction.
