Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years managerial or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and associated controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the press and heat treat work centers and team.
• Ensure safety policies and a zero-injury mindset.
• Uphold ECG quality policies and audit readiness.
• Develop and train employees, and manage qualifications.
• Plan forging and heat-treat schedules with operations.
• Coordinate with maintenance on preventive plans and improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce setup times and increase throughput.
• Collaborate with engineering on new products, prints, and capacity expansion.
