Job summary

99 Ranch Market in Richmond, CA invites applicants to join our Store Management in Training program for the Hot Deli Department. The 6–8 month program includes SOPs, product knowledge, production planning, ordering, organization, and people management.

Upon successful completion, you will transition to store leadership duties, collaborate with the management team, drive promotions, ensure quality, safety, and customer service, with a competitive hourly wage during training and growth

Qualifications

• Must have leadership or supervisory experience in a related setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bilingual abilities in English, Chinese, and Spanish are highly preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and standard office software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the Hot Deli Department and meet company standards.
• Collaborate with store management to design promotions and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and properly stocked service areas.
• Plan production and ordering based on inventory, promotions, and trends.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to staff.
