The Cook ensures the quality, quantity, and freshness of Hot Choice Buffet items, focusing on recipes, production levels, speed, cleanliness, and organization. The Buffet Attendant maintains the buffet's appearance and guest service standards, creating a positive impression through a clean, attractive setup and friendly interaction. Uniform Requirements

Employees must arrive and leave in uniform, which includes:

• A clean, wrinkle-free black polo shirt with GC logo, tucked into pants
• Depending on management directive: either clean, solid-colored blue jeans in good condition or clean, solid black pants
• Neat, clean, black slip-resistant shoes
• Black socks
• Current black apron
• Ball cap or skullcap with GC logo
• Golden Corral nametag, with promotional buttons and pins as directed
