We are seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team as Kitchen Leaders. Work in a unique cooking atmosphere, interact with families, and serve from our extensive buffet offerings.

Responsibilities

1. Food Production:
   • Prepare Hot Choice Buffet items, including Carving and Display Cooking, following Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
   • Grill all items according to Golden Corral standards to ensure quality.
   • Ensure fried products are always fresh and hot.
2. Operational Excellence:
   • Maintain correct temperatures during cooking, holding, and serving.
   • Restock and rotate food using the FIFO method.
   • Take inventory and check build-to with the Manager at shift start and end.
3. Cleanliness:
   • Keep Hot Cook area and smallwares clean; check dishes for cleanliness before use.
   • Follow local health regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
   • Keep Char Grill clean and scraped to ensure quality and sanitation.
4. Guest Service:
   • Ensure buffet items are hot and fresh for guests.
   • Follow responsibilities for just-in-time delivery.
   • Be friendly and courteous, assisting guests with products.
   • Maintain professional communication at all times.
