Job summary

1-2-3 Equipment Solutions, a Tech24 Company, is seeking a Hot & Cold Technician to travel to customer sites and diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment. You will work independently, troubleshoot efficiently, and deliver excellent customer service across Virginia and North Carolina.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial kitchen repair and refrigeration experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
• EPA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspects equipment and their components to ensure safe operation.
• Communicates with customer and staff about repair status and delays.
• Completes service tickets according to procedures.
• Tracks truck stock to ensure parts are stocked on vehicle.
• Maintains service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to company standards.
• Sets a positive example for less experienced technicians.
• Follows all company policies and safety procedures.
