The Rail Craft Kitchen & Bar in Dublin, OH is seeking a Host/Hostess to greet guests, manage reservations, and balance seating to ensure a smooth flow.

You will maintain a clean, welcoming station, collaborate with servers and bartenders, and embody our values of hospitality and respect. Evening and weekend availability is preferred; starting pay ranges from $11 to $13 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas)

A friendly face greeting the guest at the door, service orientation when taking reservations, and organized way of balancing seating are important tools to let our guests know our high expectations for their visit! Your enthusiasm, hospitality, and dedication contribute to the warm and welcoming atmosphere we strive to maintain.
