Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a friendly, guest-focused hospitality team member to greet guests, manage reservations, assign servers, and ensure a seamless dining experience. You’ll maintain the front-of-house area, support safety and teamwork, and uphold a neat, professional appearance while answering guest questions about the menu.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, customer-service driven, able to handle high volume, and available on weekends, nights, and holidays.

• Outgoing, sociable personality.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to handle high volume and work under pressure.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Process all payment methods.
