Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a host for its restaurant in Shreveport, LA. The role involves greeting and escorting guests to tables, coordinating seating by party size and station, and delivering attentive guest service.

You will answer phones, take reservations, and process payments using established procedures within the reservation system. This position emphasizes strong English communication and the ability to stand and work actively during a shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain/maintain any other necessary licenses and/or
• Must be able to communicate (hear, speak, read, and write) in English (preferred)
• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of a normal shift (preferred)
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized to effectively and efficiently multi-task (preferred)
• Must have excellent communication and guest service skills (preferred)
• Six (6) months of experience as a host in a high volume and/or fine dining environment preferred (preferred)
