They manage reservations, waitlists, and coordinate seating flow to ensure smooth restaurant operations and a positive guest experience. Additionally they support the dining room team by clearing and resetting tables, refilling water, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant. They help ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for guests.Typical shift is 10:00am-4:00pm and must have open availability during weekends and holidays.**Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities**:* Assist cashiers by retrieving and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins.* Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards.* Remove used plates, glasses, utensils from table after customers are done eating.* Clean up water spills, food stains and debris from tables.* Take out trash and recycling.* Refilling paper napkins, condiments, salt, and pepper shakers.* Cleaning and bussing both The Nest & Red Hawk Café dining area throughout the shift.* Help cashiers with side work. **Specific Job Skills**:License/Certifications- NoneTechnical- NonePhysical Capabilities- Able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Will lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally. Ability to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level is preferred. Exposed to ice/snow coming to and from work. Additional- Strong attention to detail.
