Responsibilities:

1. Make a memorable first and last impression with guests.
2. Greet guests warmly, seat them efficiently, and ensure a smooth handoff to service staff.
3. Coordinate seating with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
4. Engage with guests through genuine conversations and maintain a friendly demeanor.
5. Have a good knowledge of the menu to recommend and upsell items.
6. Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
7. Assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and helping guests, demonstrating teamwork.
8. Lead the lobby experience following Outback hospitality standards.
9. Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards during your shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs. and work in hot/cold environments.
• Ability to stand, walk, or bend for long periods.
• For California positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certification required (can be obtained during training or within 60 days of starting).
