Sand Valley LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a friendly Host to greet guests, confirm reservations, and seat patrons in the dining or bar areas. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, escort them to seating, and maintain a clean reception.

The role requires excellent English communication, strong organization, and the ability to stand for extended periods while supporting wait staff and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Understanding of restaurant etiquette and front-of-house operations.
• Ability to manage reservations and guest inquiries efficiently.

• Excellent verbal communication skills; able to give and follow instructions clearly.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor dining and bar areas.

• Physically able to stand and move for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations.
• Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas.
• Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress’s name.
• Greet customers upon their departure.
• Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options.
• Maintain a clean reception area.
• Cater to guests who require extra attention (children, elderly, etc.).
• Assist wait staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as appropriate.

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old by their first day of employment.
