White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a friendly and energetic restaurant server to welcome guests, manage reservations, and seat guests while ensuring an exceptional dining experience. You will maintain a neat appearance and support teamwork in a high-volume setting.

You should be comfortable handling payments, answering menu questions, and adapting to shift demands, including weekends and holidays. Training and growth opportunities are provided within the hospitality portfolio.

• Strong communication and listening skills essential.
• Comfort with high-volume dining, fast-paced shifts.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests in a warm and professional manner and ensure guest satisfaction with their dining experience.
• Effectively assign servers to sections, manage reservations, and assign guests to tables.
• Maintain the restaurant entryway and complete all necessary side work and cleaning tasks.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer any guest questions.
