Meta is seeking software engineers to build and operate scalable distributed systems for our global data centers. You will work on drivers, firmware, and software for network devices and AI workloads, while debugging system-level issues and optimizing performance.

You will collaborate across hardware, firmware, and test teams to deliver integrated solutions at scale. Responsibilities include developing CI/CD test suites, deploying services to manage datacenter switches, and maintaining switch

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of software development experience or PhD with 4+ years.
• Experience with network devices (routers, switches, adapters, load balancers) and routing/switching protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and validate drivers, firmware, and software for network devices and AI workloads.
• Debug complex system-level issues and lead performance tuning to optimize the software stack.
• Understand software components from multiple partner teams and drive integration efforts.
• Develop and automate test suites for CI/CD and various components.
• Collaborate with partner teams to integrate software components, align on goals, and participate in on-call rotations.
• Design, develop, and deploy services to manage datacenter network switches and forwarding functions.
• Develop infrastructure to maintain switch state and enable service communication at scale.
