About the Role:

We are seeking a Host / Maître D’ to be the face of our club experience. This role is perfect for someone with natural charisma, impeccable presence, and a love for orchestrating unforgettable nights. You’ll greet, guide, and take care of members and guests from arrival to departure — ensuring every visit to It’s HIM feels seamless, elevated, and unforgettable.

This is not a podium-and-clipboard host role. It’s a high-touch, hospitality leadership position that requires emotional intelligence, charm, and polish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and seat members and guests, creating a sense of welcome and occasion upon arrival
• Manage guest flow and floor awareness, working closely with the bar and service team to ensure seating and vibes are optimized
• Recognize regulars, VIPs, and members — and ensure they feel seen, appreciated, and prioritized
• Handle reservations, walk-ins, and special requests with professionalism and care
• Serve as a liaison between guests and staff, anticipating needs and solving problems before they escalate
• Maintain a polished appearance and represent the It’s HIM brand with confidence and warmth
• Assist with light event coordination and table bookings, helping manage energy and movement during high-traffic nights

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years in a host, maître d’, or guest relations role within upscale hospitality or nightlife
• A poised, magnetic presence with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident working in high-volume, high-style environments with diverse clientele
• Punctual, composed under pressure, and comfortable being the "glue" between front-of-house operations and guest satisfaction
