As one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, you’ll help set the tone for an unforgettable experience where world-class jazz, hospitality, and New York City energy come together. The ideal candidate has a natural ability to connect with people, stays composed during busy service periods, and understands that exceptional hospitality begins the moment a guest arrives. From managing reservations and seating to welcoming guests and supporting the front-of-house team, you’ll play an important role in creating a smooth, memorable experience from arrival to farewell.
