Job summary

Four Seasons Jackson Hole is seeking a polished Host/Hostess to greet guests, manage reservations with OpenTable, and coordinate dining flow with the service team. You will uphold luxury standards, maintain an elegant host stand, and deliver an impeccable guest experience in a fast-paced resort setting.

The role requires fluent English, flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to assist with guest inquiries with discretion and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with OpenTable POS and Microsoft-based systems.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent English.
• Able to push/pull or lift up to 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Accommodated VIPs, special occasions, and guest preferences with discretion and attention to detail
• Handled guest inquiries, modifications, and concerns with poise and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Monitored dining room capacity to maximize efficiency while preserving an upscale guest experience
• Upheld brand standards, dress code, and hospitality etiquette in a high-pressure environment
• Clearly communicate with servers, other restaurant employees and supervisors/management regarding regular service, special requests, service issues, and any other important information.

• Ability to operate a cash register POS system and Microsoft based computer systems such as Open Table.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Fluent English
• Pleasant phone demeanor.
• experience in a fast-paced high-end restaurant.
• Ability to push, pull or lift up to 50lbs.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
