Average income is about $80,000 tax-free annually, plus monthly rent and household expense contributions. This is a work-from-home opportunity with ongoing training and team support to ensure a successful placement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a current resident of Iowa (state funding restriction).
• Own/rent your own home that is wheelchair accessible.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support including cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and decision-making.
• Assist with medication administration and medical appointments.
• Help the individual engage with community and build belonging within the home.
