Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Must reside in Nebraska (state funding restrictions).
• Own/rent your own home, apartment, condo, or townhouse.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance.
• Internet access and basic computer skills.
• Ability to complete required screenings and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and decision-making.
• Assist with medication administration and medical appointments.
• Help build connections, participate in their community, and experience a sense of belonging.
• Provide transportation and support with daily activities as needed.
• Maintain documentation and communication with the Mosaic support team.
• Help someone build confidence, develop independence, and pursue personal goals.
