Brassica in Indianapolis invites you to join as a Host/Greeter. You’ll greet guests warmly, help create a welcoming dining experience, and support a team that values local ingredients and hospitality. This role offers training, positive work environment, and opportunities to grow with the team.

Ideal candidates are friendly, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting, with a passion for real, local ingredients and genuine hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Serve delicious food alongside a high-energy team.
• Prepare signature sandwiches and salads from scratch.
• Show up on time, ready to pitch in and help out.
• Move quickly, stand for six to eight hours per day, and lift 50 pounds.
• Assist with shift meals decisions (chicken or falafel).

Here's What You'd Do

• welcome every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
• serve delicious food alongside a high-energy team
• use the best ingredients, including foods from more than twenty Ohio producers
• prepare our signature sandwiches and salads from scratch
• show up on time (every time) looking like a polished pro, ready to pitch in and help out
• move quickly, stand for six to eight hours per day, and lift 50 pounds
• deliberate over whether to get chicken or falafel when it's time for your shift meal
