Job Description

To ensure all guests are greeted and seated in a friendly and courteous manner using appropriate procedures, in accordance with Omni Standards.

Responsibilities

1. Assist managers in opening and closing.
2. Answering phone calls.
3. Seating guests.
4. Control heavy volume at Restaurant entrance.
5. Knowledge of hotel property.
6. Inform the guest about buffets.
7. Attend to and anticipate guests needs.
8. Familiarization with menu.
9. Introduce server to guest.
10. Greeting guests.
11. Knowledge of daily specials.
12. Assign guest checks.
