Job Description

To ensure all guests are greeted and seated in a friendly and courteous manner using appropriate procedures, in accordance with Omni Standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist managers in opening and closing.
  2. Answer phone calls.
  3. Seat guests.
  4. Control heavy volume at restaurant entrance.
  5. Have knowledge of hotel property.
  6. Inform guests about buffets.
  7. Attend to and anticipate guests' needs.
  8. Familiarize yourself with the menu.
  9. Introduce server to guests.
  10. Greet guests.
  11. Have knowledge of daily specials.
  12. Assign guest checks.
