Job summary

Flagship Restaurant Group is seeking a friendly Host to join our high-energy dining team in Chicago. You will be the first and last impression for guests, greeting them warmly, managing seating, and supporting carry-out orders.

Strong communication helps you coordinate with the front-of-house and kitchen to ensure memorable visits. You will help maintain waitlists, answer phone inquiries, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere with every interaction, while enjoying opportunities for growth

As a host in our high-energy restaurant, you will not be just a smiling face. You are our first impression with each guest and their last goodbye. You enjoy creating positive interactions with guests and regulars, whether seating a table, assisting with carry-out orders, maintaining the wait list, or helping deliver food to tables. You have excellent communication skills and the desire to learn about our food, beverages, and our to-go process.

Key Responsibilities:
