Job summary

Flagship Restaurant Group is seeking a friendly Host for Blue Sushi Sake Grill in River North, Chicago. You will greet guests, seat them promptly, and manage the waitlist while delivering a welcoming first impression.

You will learn the menu, beverages, and to-go processes, support carry-out orders, and collaborate with the team to keep service smooth in a fast-paced environment. Prior familiarity with OpenTable or Toast is a plus.
