Job summary

Flagship Restaurant Group is seeking a cross-trained front-of-house team member in Omaha, NE. The role may include Host, Server Assistant, and Food Runner responsibilities to support a smooth dining room flow.

You’ll welcome guests, manage waits, assist with carry-out, reset tables, and coordinate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver timely service.

Responsibilities

• Create a great first and last impression by warmly welcoming and thanking guests.
• Seat guests, manage the waitlist, and help maintain an organized flow throughout the dining room.
• Assist with carry-out orders and answer basic questions about the menu.
• Support servers by preparing and resetting tables, refilling water, and responding to guest needs.
• Deliver food to the correct tables quickly and accurately while communicating with the kitchen and service teams.
• Clear dishes and keep tables, service areas, and guest-facing spaces clean and organized.
• Be willing to step into different support roles as needed.
• Familiarity with OpenTable and Toast is a plus!

About the Job:
