Job summary

Food Fight Restaurant Group seeks a Host/Hostess and Food Runner hybrid in Madison, WI. You will greet guests, manage seating, take reservations or waitlists, and deliver food to tables with accuracy and speed.

You will also handle phone inquiries, coordinate with kitchen staff, and support team members to ensure exceptional guest service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The host may also handle phone calls and customer queries about the restaurant and menu and assist various restaurant staff when necessary.The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately. This position is responsible for ensuring each order is prepared to the restaurants and guest’s specifications.
