Job summary

We are seeking a friendly host to greet guests, seat them promptly, and provide menus while answering initial questions.

Responsibilities include coordinating seating flow, managing wait lists, taking reservations, assisting teammates, and operating the POS system with accuracy and courtesy. Prior customer service experience preferred and cash handling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience a plus.
• Ability to multitask and problem solve.
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the duration of shift.
• Excel at working independently and as part of a team.
• Must obtain a Bossier ABO and LACT.
