The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant service.
• Experience with reservation systems (OpenTable, Resy, or similar) is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest warmly and professionally.

• Coordinate seating to maximize guest experience and restaurant flow.
• Maintain accurate waitlists and provide realistic wait times.
• Answer telephone calls professionally and assist with reservations and guest inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with managers, servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
• Escort guests to their tables while providing menu information when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand.
• Complete opening, side work, and closing duties.
• Uphold Duemani’s hospitality and appearance standards at all times.
