Job summary

Copper & Sage at Goodyear Square in Goodyear, AZ is hiring for Hosts/Hostesses on both part-time and full-time schedules. We seek friendly, high-energy individuals to greet guests and support a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling calls and orders, managing the wait list, assisting with to-go orders, and bussing and sanitizing tables. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered as part of a great team culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year hosting experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and maintain a friendly, upbeat demeanor.
• Answering telephone calls, gather information, direct calls, and take to-go orders.
• Manage the wait list and communicate guest concerns to the Manager as appropriate.
• Assist with to-go orders and bussing/sanitation of guest tables after use.
• Support fellow team members as needed to ensure smooth service.
