Job summary

PENN Entertainment, Inc. is looking for a friendly, energetic team member to join our hospitality staff in Council Bluffs. You will greet and seat guests, manage reservations and special requests, and answer questions about menu items and promotions.

You will support servers and bussers to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. The position requires clear communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests utilizing established guest service guidelines.
• Answer phone and coordinate reservations, special guest requests, and messages.
• Respond to guest requests or place guest in contact with appropriate person for assistance.
• Answer guest questions regarding menu items, pricing, specials and promotional events.
• Assist servers and bussers when needed.
