A leading casino resort in California seeks a Casino Host to enhance guest experiences through excellent customer service and communication skills. The role involves managing player accounts, promoting benefits, and ensuring guest satisfaction on the casino floor. Ideal candidates will have a background in customer service and be comfortable working in a vibrant environment.
The Casino Host is considered the sales representative for the Casino. The mission, responsibilities, and accountability of the Casino Host pertain to professionalism, positive/friendly interaction, and compatibility with external/internal guests at all times. Competency in verbal and non-verbal communication skills, including writing and phone skills, is mandatory in this highly visible position.
Education and/or Experience
Pay range: $50,800 to $66,000 per year.
Shift Differential: Non-exempt employees receive a $1.00 per hour shift differential for hours worked between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.
This is not a smoke-free workplace. Although we employ state-of-the-art air filtration systems, cigarette smoke is present in the work environment.
