Job summary

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort is seeking a Host/Cashier to welcome guests, operate the POS registers, and seat guests in the appropriate sections. The role requires exceptional guest service and attention to detail in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling payments, seating guests, and maintaining a clean, well-organized dining area. Part-time hours cover evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a starting wage of $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Maintain courteous and effective working relationships with others.
• Ability to work in a standing position for up to seven hours.

• Keep dining area neat and clean at all times (chairs, booths, floors).
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance at all times.
• Perform assigned side-work duties.
• Report all guest incidents and complaints immediately to supervisor.
• Smile and make eye contact with all guests.
• Perform all other related tasks deemed necessary by management.
• Schedule: Part-time position to include: evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance at all times.
