Job summary

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort in Bonner, MT is seeking a Retail Host for the Gift Shop. You will greet guests, assist with product selection, and help create an inviting atmosphere that encourages purchases.

You’ll stock merchandise, process sales with accuracy, stay knowledgeable on stock, and uphold service standards. The role is full-time with varied shifts, including nights and weekends, with $16 per hour and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrates excellent guest service skills.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
• May be required to work varying shifts, to include nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Collaborates well with the retail team and has strong interpersonal skill.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Promptly greet all guests utilizing our standardized greeting.
• Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
• Show the customer around the store and inform them of the merchandise we stock
• Helps customers select products, answers questions, and shares product knowledge
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Be knowledgeable of all merchandise on sales floor on every shift.
• Phones are answered promptly and with standardized greeting.
• Apply the RCGR Service Standards with every guest, to include using the guest’s name whenever appropriate.
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Provide complementary sales options for every guest.
• Be attentive while assisting a guest in the fitting room, the guests must never have to come out to assist themselves.
• Complete all sales transactions with 100% accuracy.
• Alerts management of potential security issues.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Helps with the store opening and closing process.
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
• All other duties assigned.

Summary

Full-time that varies based on events and holidays and includes days, nights and weekends.

$16.00/hour (including premium pay) with 40 hours Paid Time Off upon hire
