White Lodging is seeking a front-of-house team member to warmly greet guests, manage reservations, and seat guests, all while maintaining a clean entry and promoting teamwork in a fast-paced dining setting.

You’ll be knowledgeable about menus, handle payments, and represent the brand with a professional appearance. Weekend and evening availability is required.

• A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to handle high volume and work under pressure.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Effectively assign servers to sections, manage reservations, and seat guests at tables.
• Maintain the restaurant entryway and complete necessary side work and cleaning tasks.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering any guest questions.
• Process all payment methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
